The plumber was called to install 3 toilets. None were installed because they didn’t fit the “rough in.” Therefore, had plumber look at other concerns. From knock on door to bill prep took less than one hour. No repairs or installations were performed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company rips people off, does not stand behind their work, and takes advantage of people. What kind of plumber pushes a snake in but fails to turn the snake? Yes, it temporarily cleared a blockage only for them to have to come back less than a week later when the blockage inevitably returned. $450 for the first visit, $450 for them to come back 6 days later & actually turn the snake! They wouldn't even work with us on the $$ when I talked to the office about this. Basically told me deal with it.... read more
