Poor They are very unprofessional. My car was taken to them inadvertently and he refused to release it. They then took the car apart and took $700 out of the check from the insurance company. They cashed the check without my signature.
G&A made sure that insurance covered genuine Honda parts, kept me up to date throughout the appraisal and repair process, and charged a very fair price. They have done excellent work on both of our cars and I highly recommend!
Art is the best around. I’m so super grateful to have been able to go on this journey with him by far the best body shop in delco he goes way above and beyond for his clients
I don’t think a more, honest and transparent mechanic exists. Our car had a VERY hard to find part. Art and his team worked endlessly to get the part. Art is wonderful. Highly highly highly recommend!!
