After moving to the area I was struggling to find like minded individuals in the existing fitness communities. G6 has been that and more! I would get anxious going to a commercial gym because of the amount of people and not being able to get on the machines for my workout plan. Since starting I'm excited to come to the box, I always know I'll have the equipment I need and the right people around supporting me. I feel stronger and my endurance has gotten substantially better.
I have to say before I signed up I was intimidated by CrossFit. I walked in day 1 not sure what I had signed up for. From the first day I walked in I felt like I was where I needed to be. The coaches take the time to make sure you learn proper form and are safe. They take the time to work with you and coach you all the way through. I have been a member here for just about 4 months. I was new to the area and I stumbled upon a gem here in Mansfield Texas. This gym has you covered from day 1 newbie to experience games athletes. The coaching staff is above expectations. They are full of knowledge, experienced in CrossFit and put safety above all else, they are so kind and caring. I have been here just over a year and I really just got lucky with this place. I had zero to base it off of. Had no idea what went in to CrossFit or what an affiliate meant or what programming meant. I knew nothing. These people and this community have built me from the ground up!
