Super proud to be a part of the CG6 community!
I’m not new to difficult workouts but I am new to CrossFit. CrossFit G6 is open to all levels and has been so welcoming to me. The 9:00 class is so supportive and encouraging and also extremely challenging. Special thanks to all the coaches who force us to slow down and perfect our movements before scaling up. This keeps me from getting injured and keeps me in the game. I show up ready to go and leave drained and drenched every class. LFG!!
The coaches and people you train with are awesome and supportive.There is no judgement here just people with the heart, determination and willingness to train.This is a community that welcomes all regardless of your fitness level.
This place makes working out fun again! As a working mom of 3 who’s trying to find her rhythm again, this takes all the thinking out of it and working out is actually enjoyable! I love all the people, the coaches are amazing and actually work with you, and I’ve seen results in just 12 weeks time. 10/10.
