Terrible company, always talking about offering "quality service" yet they have no idea what that is or how to provide it. It's as if they literally just hire anyone for the job. They have no phone etiquette, they will hang up on you when you express your frustration with their service, their guards do not show up when they're supposed to, and they will leave you with little to no updates. Ridiculous.
Imaginr a company that takes your money and two days later still has no contact with you to schedule your installation... $3,000 dollars and their install techs still haven't called. I've tried contacting them multiple times with only, "We will call you right back." How pathetic to call yourself a quality security company when you can't even provide quality general service.
