Get yourself ready for work. You will get what you put into it. I was guilted by colleagues to come, and came out a better more humbler person for it. This gym is stocked with functional fitness equipment and is set up for tens of folks to get their WODs done. The Saturday morning WOD was a serious test of character and the first of future visits to get me back into shape. Top: Try your best but don't overdo it on the first day either.
