I had an amazing experience at G3 Physical Therapy in Solana Beach. After my ACL surgery, I worked with Tom and the team for about 8 months, and I truly can’t say enough great things about the entire experience. I've worked with a few physical therapy groups over the years and G3 has been the best. Everything from scheduling, to insurance management, to the quality of the physical therapists and their assistants has been seamless. I myself worked with Jasmine as PT, but I'm sure the others are all equal. The people are friendly, respectful and effective, facilities are clean and well lit, and the mood within is upbeat. If needed, this is where I'll return.
I first began going to G3 because of chronic lower back pain. The pain made it hard to surf, run, swim and at times just live. G3 helped me become completely pain free and helped me get back to everything I love to do. They are patient, smart, ready to explain why and what they are doing and effective. G3 is incredible. I was told by doctors to never run again, but these guys had me running within a month and winning races again. Thanks to Tom and the crew there. These guys are pros and super consistent. Plus the staff is kind and they play great music. We love disco fridays!
