I am self employed and was having a difficult time finding a lender to accept my income, Stephen and his team were able to work with us and made the home buying process as smooth as possible. Stephen got us a great rate and even lowered it once during the closing process. The previous owners needed an expedited closing and we had no issues from our side getting all of our dates met and closed on time, I couldn't recommend him higher.
