When i first started it wasn't a bad place to work but it when downhill after that. Pay is ok and you will be waiting months for a review and raise. No given notice on how many hours you will be working per week and weekends are usually scheduled at last minute. Management isn't the greatest either.

Everyone is all about helpping things get done safely, and correct. Without haveing things go wrong with a pesons well-being and the part is correct and the coast is right and things are safe no one gets hurt hear.
If I didn't like my job, I wouldn't be here for 32 years
