Easy to get an appointment, work explained and estimate of cost was spot on.
I bought a 2015 MINI in 2025 and have taken my car here twice. The first time they helped diagnose fixes and worked with my warranty company for payment. The car has been running great since and I recently took it again for maintenance. I will always go here with my MINI. They are communicative and upfront.
My battery needed to be replaced it was dead. G3 fit me in asap and installed a new battery and I was on my way.
Overall great experience and will be my go to shop for my zhp! Super quick service and the team was straight forward with what was needed on my vehicle. No random work done to my car without my approval etc. If you need a shop for your bmw this is the one. They also let me bring my own parts which was super helpful!!
