G2 helped our family with a mold and water damage claim over the past year. James Rice was our lead project manager for mold and was great at explaining the process, outlining the timeline and setting expectations on the process. When we embarked on the journey of selecting a remediation company, we sought multiple bids to ensure we made an informed decision. Unfortunately, the initial company we chose failed to show up twice despite my taking time off work. Fortunately, my wife discovered G2 Restoration, and James was kind enough to visit the same day to walk us through the process.
