Excellent job from G2 Restoration! Highly recommend these water damage restoration experts!
When we had water damage the cleanup crew that initially came out was great. Do not hire G2 to manage your projects, RAUL is by first the worst project manager I've ever encountered. He does not communicate at all; I've called him and told him he needs to let me know a schedule when contractors are showing up after the first contractors showed up unannounced and yet a month into it, we still have people showing up unannounced every week. Amazing company! From the initial contact to the finish line, everyone was professional, courteous, and communicative. James was super helpful and answered all of my (many) questions. Crews that were on site kept the house clean. Dacotah and Jordan did a great job leading the teams onsite and communicating with me. I recommend G2!
From my initial phone call to G2, to questions even after the remediation, I had the best experience. James, Cheyenne and team did an amazing job helping us with some water damage and mold removal in our kitchen. They were able to remove the wood flooring and clean the mold in 2 days. I am very happy with their work.
