G2 (Chris) did a great job in helping to dry up the water damage at my home these past 3 days. They assessed the damage, told me what needed to be done to avoid further damage. he quickly prepared floors to avoid traffic damage as he carried out damaged carpet and tile parts, and brought the dehumidifiers and fans needed. James and his team did a fantastic job at our house! He worked well with our timeline and I never questioned his work. needed help in a saturday, Chris was the technician dispatched and come within the hour of call! always stayed in contact and was helpful and knowledgeable. will use again if needed. i do recommend g2 restoration
Super happy and satisfied customers of G2. We used them for mold remediation. James specifically went above and beyond to take care of us as a few things came up in the process. No one wants to deal with mold but James made the process much easier. This company and specifically James was very honest and caring during the process. The items on our mold protocol passed with clearance testing the first time. 100% recommend them to anyone that has to deal with mold.
