G2 is a company I'd absolutely engage again to solve any mold mitigation issues. James the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. He set clear expectations on the remediation process and delivered as promised. Cheyenne, who led the team for the restoration, is extremely professional and clearly cares about her clients. This is a well run company that I'm happy to recommend!
My Mom's house recently flooded due to a water softener malfunction. Jordan, Chris, Winslow and Dakota arrived immediately the same day as requested. They demolished walls and removed carpets to avoid possible mold. The installed Dehumidifiers and fans. They also, removed all damaged sheetrock & carpets and swept all left over debris. Trevor did a terrific job. He always answered my questions quickly. He made everything so easy. When something happens to your home that is no fault of your own, it is nice to have someone on your side to help.
We have had the best customer service from Chris and Dakota. If you're looking for a company that is responsive to calls/emails/ON TIME for appointments, this is the crew. Not only that, Chris and Dakota are HONEST, friendly, and trustworthy. You don't find companies that are actually looking out for their customers like these two; a true asset to G2 Restoration. The G2 Restoration team did a fantastic job! The communication and coordination of the wait needed to be done went very smoothly. I live in California and my property is in Texas so the updates and pictures were very helpful. I’d use them again!
