G2Loans did a great job on a rental loan we closed on a few months ago. The process was easy and straightforward and was one of the few lenders we spoke to that would do a DSCR loan on an $80,000 purchase. Eric was very responsive and got quotes to me quickly whenever we had a new property we were interested in! We loved the quick responses that we could always reach out to ask questions. We are definitely planning to use G2Loans for our next rental purchase.
