Small but Nice affordable housing tho clean and nice area all utilities
Very accommodating and respectful landlord, just communicate well. Affordable and decent apartments perfect for singles or small families and a quiet neighborhood.
Landlord is a very helpful and kind person. The studio apartments are beautiful. There are lots of shelves for storage as well as a nice large counter top with extra storage underneath! It's not too bad of an area for anyone with kids either! There is coin operated laundry as well as a soda machine and a little candy dispenser in the laundry room. I'd say most of the tenants are also quite friendly or keep to themselves. Great place to go to get on your feet knowing you have a landlord who cares about you and your well-being... read more
Very cute and clean studio, good for a single parent and very affordable. Dan was an awesome landlord! Great experience
