I ordered a pair of synergy subs last year and 1 was defective. Paul reached out to Kurt which is the owner of synergy and they sent me a new one which was also defective. Took over a month to get it to me. Then I ordered a pair of gately alpha subs. They came in pretty quick but were also defective. No screw holes in the baskets so I drilled my owned and hooked everything up. I was shipped a super cheap box vs what I actually ordered. After pulling tooth and nail to message or get a hold of literally anyone at this company to see what happened, I got one response that said "oh ya, that's not even close, we'll take care of it". Zero other communication and nothing has been done. I'd avoid this company unless you don't mind being in the dark with zero tracking for weeks only to get something completely different than what you ordered and then ignored. Ordered a alternator and waited patiently over 5 weeks. When I inquired about the product only once after 5 weeks the order was cancelled without a reply, no explanation or anything. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. Obviously they have issues going on from recent reviews. Least they could do is personally reply after waiting over a month.
Worst communication ever! Good luck getting assistance with anything. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend
