Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Always willing to help our family with various needs to stay within our budget and be creative to fix/repair/suggest a new product. Highly recommend this great crew for all of your electronic, apple/computer and phone needs. Forever thankful.
Before I begin, the moral of this complaint is that customer service/communication is key with any business, and G2 Computers is as communicative as Helen Keller using Morse code to recite the Gettysburg Address (sorry Helen). My phone was scheduled for a screen repair on a Thursday morning and I was told the repair would be done the same day. When I got to the store, I was told the technician had “just” called out sick, they couldn’t fix the phone that day, and I would need to come back the next day. I completely understan... read more
