Worst Dental Practise that I’ve been to.
Overall great experience using this dentist for the first time. Excellent service and felt as though my concerns were well listened to and accomodated. Colette was super friendly and made me feel at ease during my appointment. Emma, Rebecca and Amy were all lovely when I was speaking to them at reception.
Dr. Ballantyne, my hygienist, is fantastic and helps with my anxiety around needles and dentistry in general. After years of neglect, I went from having terrible teeth and periodontal disease to my healthiest gum state—truly, the healthiest they've ever been. They don't bleed anymore, and I'm not scared to smile. I'm also so much more confident in the chair and life. The new receptionists are a much-needed breath of fresh air! My husband and I have been at this practice for a few years now. There's always a warm welcome from the reception and the dental staff are kind and professional. NHS prices are good and we've paid to have private hygienist treatment which we were very pleased with.
