The guy helping me was nice and seemed to he pretty chill. However when looking at his white 2010 silverado extended cab, i discovered they tried to hide the rust on the bed sides with black wheel well covers/fender flares. When i saw it i asked if they would fix it and of course the answer was no but i was willing to still buy it since it happens frequently with these trucks, they just dont stand to NY salt and snow. Found them to be very rude & not willing to negotiate on prices. I was greeted by a "you need help?" I asked what the price of a vehicle would be if I paid cash, he replied with the price listed. (listed on their online/ website posts as "retail" price). I said um, ok what would it be if I financed? He pointed to the car & said "that" (same price). I said ok, thank you & left. I would have purchased the car that day with cash had they negotiated the price, but instead I left with no intentions of ever returning. I have been ... read more
