The tire shop is great and the owner is decent. But don't take your car to the mechanic shop if you care about it. The head mechanic is rude as hell and does jack leg work. His goons are no better. I brought my ram to them to get a remanufactured motor put in it. That motor barley made it out the driveway before I had to take it back to them and claim a warranty replacement on it. Amazing and detailed service at very reasonable prices. Able to get in and out with same-day services (Wheel-Alignment and Belt Replacement). Hands Down top notch and highly recommend!! #Grade A
Had G'z install a 3.5" lift, new tires/rims, TPMS sensors on a Tacoma. Brian and his guys at the Perrymont Rd. location were excellent to deal with. All completed in 1 day and easily the best prices in the Richmond area (wasn't even close). Saved well over $1000 vs. going to any local Off-Road specialty shop. Worth the 20min drive from Midlothian for us. They'll be handling all of our service/maintenance moving forward.
Took my friend's murano in there for new alternator and they broke the plug (tried lying and saying previous owner glued it to original alternator ) so instead of replacing plug they just jerry rigged it and tried attaching wires directly to alternator contacts. Of course that failed , car died a week later so took it back , they replaced plug, Jerry rigged again no solder or anything just left bare wires exposed and alternator they installed was defective and overchargingat 15.3v. . Originally took my lifted silverado in for being bogged down making odd sound ,turned out needed manifold and catalytic converters ,my warranty didn't cover either but my converters had a warranty where they had been replaced before in July. 1 1/2 week later my truck starts acting up again my husband plug it in to his scanner says cylinder 7 misfire has flashing check engine light as well as an exhaust leak .
