I'm adding to my original review below. I'm still unhappy that I have not heard from anyone at the main company but here is my understanding of this company: This is a dispatch service. You call them and they dispatch an independent technician. If I had known it was that kind of service I would not have used them. The handyman they sent is very nice but my issue is that there is no recourse if I am dissatisfied. Though to be fair the technician came back to my house and said he'll fix the issue.
