This auto body shop is, at best, extremely unreliable and, at worst, outright dishonest. The owner also sells vehicles, and I had a terrible experience purchasing a 2013 Sonata from him. Despite me specifically asking, he failed to disclose that the engine had been replaced. He assured me the car had been tested, but this was clearly false—within three weeks of ownership, the engine seized due to internal oil consumption. I went here for an oil leak and can’t express how satisfied I am with the seamless service and the due diligence taken to provide a thorough and time efficient inspection. They diagnosed and fixed my car in under 1.5hrs at half the price I anticipated I’d pay. Definitely will be my #1 mechanic shop in Calgary. Highly recommend 👍
Is shop is a scam today I went here just for out of province inspection. But the owner end up tell me I have others inspection needs to do is because I’m a car dealer. Also told me I must do the break pad change. After I accept it he told me I also needs to do the rotors . And my belt. He keep adding extra to make money I told him I don’t mine if you don’t let me pass the inspection. I’m going to different shop. He was horrible and greed. The shop owner wasted my time for 3 hrs I pay for the service and he was working on my husband car for 30min and disappeared for other 30min to guiding some tow truck driver for dropping off . It should be 1and half hour job. He end up for 3hrs
Professional but friendly customer service, honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and quick service at G Xpert Car Care. As per their name they are an expert on all car things. Our car was serviced and repaired in less than 48 hours. My husband's car slipped on Stoney causing damages to the vehicle.
