I never saw the doctor but I got my appointment time confused with my daughters appointment the next day. When I showed up at 9 instead of 8 they told me they would have to reschedule and wait another month. I broke into tears because they had already rescheduled me once because of their schedule and it had been over a month I had been waiting. Dr Bock has terrible bed side manner and literally had no idea why I was there. Had not looked at anything from my chart and had not reviewed anything my PM Dr sent over. Specialists are more expensive even with insurance so I don't want my time wasted when I come for a visit. She seemed disgusted that I was having anxiety and just made me absolutely uncomfortable. Would not recommend unless she learns to do her research on patients before she sees them. If I could give zero stars I would.
I have seen Dr. Kernodle since 8/2001. He has extremely caring, knowledgeable and quick to refer me to doctors to help with problems related to my disease but not part of his domain. Never once have I had an appointment that was anything but excellent.
