There's never an answer or a call back i guess it's roll of a dice if u get them to answer .. been trying to get a carpet cleaner to call back for over 2 months. Unprofessional..
The owner never told me that the appt wasnt for the cleaning. The older man who showed up was rude and unprofessional and the work he did on my area rugs was absolutely awful. He was disgruntled about doing the job and therefore just did the very bare minimum to complete the job. He barely sprayed any water or cleaner on my rugs and he left two rugs very dirty. I should not have had to pay $100 for such poor work. I do not recommend this service.
