I recently booked my car into GW for a wiper-motor replacement. What went well • The service team scheduled the appointment promptly and completed the motor installation within a few hours—faster than I expected. • The wiper motor itself was replaced well. Where the experience fell short • When the car was returned, both wiper arms were noticeably misaligned—the nearside stopped roughly 3-4 inches short of the windscreen edge, the offside wiper stopped before the rear view mirror at the top - Incredibly far out from normal. ... read more
