Worst Body Shop experience ever!!! Took my car here on a recommendation and was horribly disappointed. My car was one color when it came in, now it is yellow and orange. They first attempt to paint it was awful. The front was visibly a different color, you could see blend lines in the paint. After the second time they painted it, they claimed to paint the whole car one color, except for the bumper and lower skirts. Great Customer Service AND Great Work! – The staff at Carter Subaru didn't even pause to discuss who to recommend: 2 of the guys behind the counter said, "G W," at the same time when I asked for their recommendation for a body shop. I have a difficult schedule, so they agreed to stay open an extra hour so I could drop off my car for repair AND drove me to the express bus stop.
