This shop got bought by someone else, and no longer earns the rating they have. We had taken our truck there twice for body damage, and would have considered ourselves shop loyal. They were bought by caliber collision, who has a policy now that they won't order parts for the car, even if they have an appointment and the estimate on hand, until the vehicle is on premises.
