I gave this shop a call because their website says collision repair paint and rust repair. When I spoke to the fellow at the other end of the phone, he said “ah we don’t do that kind of work.” Well, that’s not what your website says “ Well, we just haven’t changed it yet”

I had some repairs and all were completed except for one thing. They couldn't replace the headrest because Jeep was in the process of coming out with a new one. Safety did not allow a replacement from a junk yard. My insurance company PAID IN FULL but it was to be another month for the headrest. Nine months later and still waiting. In the meantime, the company was bought out by another. A big problem. Now they don't want to honor the already paid for item. I had a minor issue after a collision repair they completed and they immediately got it taken care of. Jamie, the GM, apologized for the problem and ensured it was completed promptly and correctly.

This shop got bought by someone else, and no longer earns the rating they have. We had taken our truck there twice for body damage, and would have considered ourselves shop loyal. They were bought by caliber collision, who has a policy now that they won't order parts for the car, even if they have an appointment and the estimate on hand, until the vehicle is on premises. We've been without a car for a week, and it was only when we called asking about the delay did they inform us of the buy out and new policy. GW was amazing,... read more
