I was so impressed by gforce customer service! Let me explain just how...i live about an hour away and the store was closing so the owner waited for me to come in before closing. And when i found some bikes i really liked, i didnt have enough money then and he was so helpful and wanted my kids to have a nice evening and birthday and be happy so he waited two hours from the time he closed for me to get the money i needed from home and to return even knowing that i was about an hour away one way!
