The staff and lifeguards are horrible
Witnessed something disgusting today! For one thing, there was poop in the pool(the brownish/greenish type), one of the lifeguards had several boogers hanging in their nose(I counted 4, but could have been many more), and very smelly odors coming from the underarms of the manager. Never again will I go here!
I was a lifeguard in the 70s at the pool, BEST TIMES OF MY LIFE.

kids piss in the pool fucking hell, i don't understand why can't they go to the bathroom?
The 16th Street pool is a very nice pool. Unfortunately, it gets way too crowded on weekends. I'd like to see the pool close normal time, then stay open at least one night until 7:30 pm for adults only. If you are not the type of person to hang out in a bar, the pool can be a nice way to socialize with other adults.
The staff there are rude. Not the lifeguards. The food staff. They're horrible. Always have attitudes. I needed a spoon or straw.something like that. The owner (male) wanted to charge my son and declined him. He's only 6 mind you. I went to the counter to ask him why. And what the problem was. They gave me this big thing how there non funded etc. I'm like are you kidding me man. All this nonsense for this. I gave him a quarter or something. Never will I eat there again. Besides they're pricey anyway
