We're new the full time camper living and are not versed on the many issues that can come with it. We called Doug with an electrical issue and he was spot on helping diagnose the issue over the phone without requiring a trip here and saving us tons of money. We will gladly call Doug in the future to assist with our camper repair needs!

We called Doug after hours with an electrical issue for our RV. He was on another call and not immediately able to come, but he offered his expertise over the phone and was spot on with the problem. I greatly appreciate his honestly and willingness to help without expecting anything in return. I will definitely be calling y’all back in the future for any RV repair needs. 10/10 service!

What a great experience! Doug spotted the problem lterally within seconds, repair in less than 5 minutes. Great price too! Will be our go to service when we are in this area!

Oh my Lord! Doug with G tech is a true blessing. We turned our ac units on in our fifth wheel to make sure they work before we leave for a trip next week. The back ac was not blowing cold air. Doug was very prompt about returning my call. He asked for a few pictures and walked me through resetting our thermostat. Since he thought it might be locked. I believe that did the trick.
