I’ve used G Tech Mobile RV Repair on a few occasions. I received phenomenal service from Doug. He was able to fix an issue I had with my slide on a class A motorcoach. Doug is completely reasonable with his pricing, if anything I think he undercharges for the level of service he provides. On another occasion he was able to assist me via phone while I was in Midland with troubleshooting an electrical problem with my batteries (free of charge, mind you). Absolutely extraordinary service, integrity, knowledge, manners! They just seem to BELIEVE in going above and beyond as a mantra. We will not be using anyone else! You’ll feel the same way, I’m sure.

It was after hours on a Saturday when the city water inlet valve decided to snap right off in my husband's hands. I was calling around all over the place - wherever was open - and finally resorted to repair shops. Doug answered the phone and not only had the part, but let me come by his house to pick it up and pay for it. He gave me advice on how to install it efficiently and offers over the phone consults. My experience with Doug from G Tech Mobile RV in the Houston area needs some context. The compressor for the dash AC in my motorhome went out on my way through Houston. I got a referral from the RV park. I called and Doug came out the following day. He was able to find a new compressor and installed it in a few hours. The unusual surprise working with Doug, is he suggested putting in a claim with my extended warranty company, which he did and was able to get it approved. If I didn't have to put a start to do a review then all of them would not be yellow at all. My neighbors were having issues with their water heater and called this company to come out and look at their unit. This is a young couple that are just learning about rving. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They took total advantage of this couple and them not being knowledgeable yet with all the maintenance and repairs on their RV.
