Signed up for remote program with Jamal, a six week challenge. First week things were seem less and expectations met, by the second week I was asking for meal plan and workouts to be updated. By the end of the third week , Jamal disappeared. Currently in week 4 of 6, gave up on the “guarantee” of six more weeks of training if I logged everything in the app. Six more weeks of what, using an app and that’s it?

My family started the membership more than a month ago. We love going to the gym. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. My kids love Kids Academy, especially gymnastics. I wish you have more classes during weekends.
