Working with G. Talley Carpet and Floors was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Their communication was great and were very accommodating to our requests and questions. The installation team worked very hard and were very respectful of our home. I was especially impressed with the finishing work as it was not rushed and the end results exceeded my expectations.
In August of 2023 we purchased Shaw carpet for our family room from G. Talley. Excellent from first point of contact. The carpet (Shaw PetPerfect Hard at Play III) came with a great warranty against stains if they reappeared after professional cleaning. The stains reappeared so we contacted G. Talley and they put a warranty claim into Shaw for us. Our whole experience with Garrett Talley flooring was excellent!! They are very professional and do exceptional work. I would highly recommend them for any flooring work you need done.
We had G. Talley Carpet & Floor replace all the floors on the second story of our house. They were very helpful and had a great selection of laminate, hardwood, and LVP to choose from. This is an old house with uneven floors and they took the time to level and prepare the area for the floors to lay evenly. Highly recommend their services.
This is our second time using G. Talley for our flooring needs and again, they did not disappoint! Top notch service and professionalism from start to finish. This time we had two rooms done as well as stairs and an upstairs hallway. The entire job was done in less than a day. After they left you would not have known they were here.
