Extremely disappointed with how this company has changed. I was a loyal customer for years, but since the management change, their professionalism has completely disappeared. They stopped responding to my calls and emails—so much so that I had to have someone else call on my behalf just to get a response. It turned out they were screening my calls. No show, no explanation. We had a date and time to give me an estimate on replacing the awning. The time came and went, with nobody here. I called, no answer, but I left a message to confirm the time. No response. I replied to their email with our date and time, but again, no response. Are these people really in business???

This company is very nice to work with and do a good job fixing putting up and taking down awnings along with storage.
