Our experience with GT Watts was great. Starting with our salesman Josh, to the installers, and Sue in the office everyone was knowledgeable, professional and so nice. From start to finish this company is top notch and I would highly recommend GT Watts.
Suanne was very nice and so was the lady who was a seamstress. The one dude, not so much. They made a small mistake and then fixed it with no issue at no charge and did a great job.
I have been using GT Watts for years! They hang, take down, clean and store my awning and they are on time and friendly.
The staff was very accommodating and kind!! Very willing to correct the length of the awning!! Thank you for your service!
