My Ram 5500 was throwing codes and going into limp mode while towing. G&T replaced the turbo actuator, which initially seemed to resolve the issue. However, a few months later, the problem returned, so I took it back, and they performed the same repair. When the power loss happened a third time, I didn’t even bother returning. After more than a month in the shop and about $4,000 spent, I’m right back where I started. They were friendly and responsive, so I’ll give them two stars for that.
