I liked that the mechanic at GT Tire & Service Center took extra time with me and my car's issues and helped me as best they can with what I had to work with.
Amazing service center! I went in to for a tire rotation and to have some other noises looked into, and they did a really good job. They were very thorough and explained what was needed to be done. Everybody is very nice and trustworthy. The facility also was great and the waiting room was clean and had nice seating.Without a doubt, I will be coming back in the future when I need other work done.

My wife had a tire blow out on I91, no spare tire! Luckily it was right off exit 16, close to GT Tire. I called GT tire and they arranged a tow for me right away and found an exact match replacement tire. They were very easy to deal with and knew how to handle us just right, took a lot of stress out of our situation. Thanks to them our "what do we do now?" event was resolved within just a few hours. The picture of the new tire was taken the next day after driving ~100 miles. Thank you!
Tried to do work on my car it didn’t need. Stay away! The work that was performed was on my Volvo C30 to have the TPM valve changed. I was told I need to have the struts changed which I thought was odd since thre car was ride was fine. I took it to another garage and they said the shocks and struts were fine.
