I had the pleasure of dealing with GT Smith and Sons on two separate occasions - once for a residential project and once for an electrical fix on an instrument at the university. The technician arrived on time, got the job done with finesse and was courteous and knowledgeable. It was also nice to deal with the receptionist who was kind and I found it easy to explain what I needed (on both occasions). Highly recommended.
