I got a delivery here from Memphis, found out once I arrived that you needed a pallet jack! I didn't have one because the Broker never told me or specified, which isn't the finals fault, I've been out for 5 years never used one before but I sure figured it out! (Thanks to Mike anyway) Nicest staff I've ever met! Thank you for being patient, and helping me out! He gave me one of theirs to use and he honestly did most of the work....
