Definitely unprofessional service. My mom called for a burst pipe and she was told she needed to unfreeze the pipes herself before anyone would even come and look at it. She was then told someone would call her back with more information but 0 contact was made. Instead of dismissing potential customers, maybe it’s a good idea to actually investigate the issue and offer a potential solution. She managed to have someone from an out of town business come look at it within the hour, and the issue was fixed and the pipe repaired ... read more
