Absolutely excellent service from GT Motor! I called desperately needing an MOT on the same day for my Ford Mondeo, and they managed to fit me in straight away. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. Couldn’t ask for better service. Really fabulous service from G T Motors today. Originally booked for later in the week, but I was in a pinch and called and they could fit me in same day which was super! Very professional garage with great customer service, a nice tucked away gem but easy to get to from Solihull! Really great price for an MOT, full service, and all 4 break pad / disc repair. I have been using this garage for over 10 years, it looks like it's under new management. The quality of service has declined and the cost of repairs and service has suddenly overpriced. I will not be using this garage in the forseebale future.
