Robert was very professional, reliable, respectful, knowledgeable and fair. He made sure he explained everything that needed to be replaced. Robert was also quick and efficient. 10/10 recommend.
Robert lied about replacing the fuel pump & charged full price for it. I would never trust him or his shop with any vehicle. If you do get work done there; request to see the old part because he's liable to lie & cheat you out of your money when he didn't replace anything.

Recently had a remanufactured engine put into my 2015 Ram 1500 by GT Automotive. Robert is top notch when it comes to service and treating you like family. There were manufacturer defects with not one, but two engines that he installed in the truck. He could have easily tried to pass it off as “just the way it is” but he didn’t.
