Was diagnosed with an infection and was feeling really awful. Since my regular clinic was closed when my test results came back, I called the Springfield clinic for help and asked for a doctors excuse for work. Office staff is nice. The Male doctor I have (not mentioning by name) isn't the best ive had. Unfortunately he doesn't really seem to listen or take what you are saying seriously, he just orders blood tests and wants you out of the office to get the next person in. I waited 2 months just to go over the blood work and talk about some joint pain and by "going over blood work" means everything looks good. As a 67-year-old with multiple chronic health conditions, finding a reliable primary care provider was a priority.
