I'm a neighbor and these folks are chill.
Also a neighbor and am constantly asked for cigarettes, or money.
I am a neighbor...they do not have control over their residences. Several times I have had to call the police due to trespassing issues and substance abuse problems. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!
