Gary is super good at communication, I could not be happier with his services
G-Spang is elite. In the last year, I’ve used multiple U-Haul locations. This one is always organized, friendly, and clean. U-Hauls are always clean. Check out process is efficient. Staff is friendly. Great customer service. Fairly easy to get in and out of. Street parking available. Don’t have enough good things to say about this location.
Gary and G Spang were the property managers for my building for a couple years. The building recently decided to go with another management company and for the life of me, I don't know why. Gary was the third or even fourth manager of my building since I moved in and he was easily the best. He was responsive and communicative. OMG. Gary was a dream angel. Clear, attentive, and responsive. He provides the kind of customer service people don’t think is possible until they get it. And I was just renting a truck, which - technically - requires no interface whatsoever. Thanks, Gary! Truly above and beyond.
