The service from our initial enquiry to installation & after sale service has been excellent! The girls in the office were amazing & no question or changes to the quote were too much to ask! Talk about a painless exercise. I fed the lovely, polite gentlemen cake and coffee and they crawled around in the roof cavity, revamping the switchboard, and spent endless hours up on the roof fixing 30 panels to our roof. The men arrived on time and left late in the afternoon after the complete install in one day. Mason sat with me at the computer and gave me very detailed instructions on the computer app, as well as on my phone and a tour of the switchboard and the inverter.
