Dr. Tolivers is a good fit for our needs. We have recommended him to our friends and several now depend on him now, too. He has improved his staff choices. We love his nurse. One thing we appreciate about Dr is that he is thorough. He isnt hurried. He takes time to listen to every concern. He actually cares about his patients. Insurance companies tie his hands and that makes our care more difficult. I just wish he made house calls!!!. Thank you
I had to take my mother to her appointment, there is no staff, no one us at the front desk to check you in. 15 minutes before I saw a soul and then she ignored us ! The are unprofessional in very way. No matter what the issue, they do not return calls or provide any follow-up. Mom is in bad way and we can not get any help. I took her ro urgent care when we got no follow up and we are having to do so again!
Dr. Toliver has helped me a lot but it is so hard to get someone to answer the phone or return calls. They are busy, I get that, but we patients pay the bills so, we are the boss. As boss and experience working the front desk in several medical offices, I say the phone calls should take priority. He needs someone to get those calls on the first or second ring. Doc has been our family physician for years. A more thorough and caring doctor you would not be able to find. After moving, we still traveled to yakima for our appointments. I can't imagine going to anyone else. And, it's not just us. I've seen his demeanor with his other clients. The compassion is always there. His staff is as caring as he is. You will not be dismissed or treated like you are irrelevant.
