I took the wrong items and I came back the next day they won’t refund because it’s opened everywhere in uk if you have a receipt they will take it back only this store they bad service and rude people
Worst service ever. Wont take defective items back even with a receipt and a promise to return within 30 days at the time of purchase.

I have had many dealings with this business and without a doubt they are knowledgeable, helpful and above all polite at all times to customers. A previous review suggests otherwise and I think is a nonsense. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my plumbing, heating and electrical needs as I know I will be looked after as I would expect. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have had to return items to replace for others and never experienced anything other than understanding, courtesy and service with a smile.
