In this morning to get a smog on my car. Told by receptionist I did not need to have a printed receipt for the coupon for the $5.00 savings on the smog. Told her about the $5.00 when I arrived and she did not give me the $5.00 discount. Told me too late already ran through to DMV and that I should have reminded her. Even though I had already reminded her when I came in. Not a good place to do business.
