I live in one of the multiple houses in the Silver Oak housing area that this company built. Ahh the house itself. Pretty to look at. Wow factor when you first walk in.... but live there for awhile and the Wow factor turns into Ouch factor. The windows are the cheapest on the market and they are junk. Most of mine don't even open or close and the ones that do you need Superman to operate them. The tile work was installed by someone who did not know what they were doing.
