Did an incomplete job on installing equipment and then wanted to charge us to come back out to do what was supposed to be done on the first visit. Would not recommend them to anyone.
These folks are Amazing!
These guys are 100% the best!! This is the first Google review I have ever written, and I am only doing so because it made me so sad to read that poor reviews. I can only assume that the bad reviews are due to people having bad luck with equipment or something unrelated to the individuals at G & S because Todd has always been immediately responsive with any random issues that have come up, and the bi-weekly maintenance has been superb. I don't know why anyone would complain about this company, and I hope anyone reading this ... read more
They seem to make a great deal of money by constantly servicing and/or replacing the junk equipment that they install. I have now replaced three of their pool pumps within the past five years. I've finally given up on their $100 house calls and gone to someone else.
