The customer service I received was truly exceptional—among the best I’ve ever experienced. The team went above and beyond to quickly source a part for my boat. Although an incorrect part was initially delivered to the store, the owner promptly contacted me to explain the issue and personally guaranteed that the correct part would arrive the following day. Talk about above and beyond, G & S Marine is the absolute best. As new boaters, they helped us make the decision on the boat the fits us and our needs, and got us to the finish line of getting in and more importantly - feel comfortable that we are qualified and knowledgeable enough to use it.
