Hired G&S to pour a concrete pad while they were working at on neighbor’s garage. The “level” pad drops 9” along it’s 14 ft length. Then they pressured my wife to pay the bill before I returned from a business trip. Pad is totally unusable. Neighbor taking him to court for equally poor performance.

Problem description: It has taken 7 months for what should have been at most a 2-week job & it is still not complete - contract was signed on March 30, 2018. The job entailed wrapping the foundation of the house with concrete tiles, constructing a retaining wall in the front of the house and building a small stoop/stairs on the back for $8,343.84.
