I had one of our rental camper vans from Vancouver Canada,, having an air-conditioning problem on the road in Phoenix. I called around to several shops, and immediately could see that these guys were on the ball, professional, and were detailed oriented. These people are great folks that you can assuredly trust and they will not give you false hope or try to name off unnecessary things for extra cash. They do what needs to be done and will diagnose at a fair price. They are very effective in communicating everything that needs to be done to your car before any prices are stated.
