Dr Zimmerman himself is the best but whoever he has working his phones in the west Mifflin office at 2pm this Monday , it’s extremely rude , unprofessional, has absolutely zero customer service communication skills , and should never be allowed to work with the public iam appalled and I will not let this rest
I took my uncle who is mental disabled a month ago to get a physical for his day program. I apparently couldn't get the physical signed or turned in to the program that day by the doctors orders and had to come back with paperwork of his past blood test results?? So, as a working full time young adult, it took me a while to get up there to turn in the papers. When I did come to get the paper and turn in the results they needed for some odd reason the doctor was on vacation and could not sign the form. THEN I asked the manage... read more
